Cash on Delivery Policy

1. What is cash on delivery?
Cash on delivery is a payment method in which the customer pays for the product at the time of delivery, directly to the delivery person, either in cash or by debit card, depending on the availability of the delivery service.

2. How does cash on delivery work?

  • By selecting the cash-on-delivery payment option, your order will be processed and shipped to the address provided after confirmation via WhatsApp.
  • The customer must make payment directly to the delivery person at the time of delivery of the package.

3. Delivery time for cash on delivery orders

  • Packages sent by cash on delivery generally take an average of 15 days to reach their destination, but can take up to 30 days , depending on the courier or delivery location.

4. Shipping costs and fees

  • Orders paid by cash on delivery do not have free shipping .
  • A flat rate of 10 euros will be charged for the package price .

5. Advance notice of delivery and tracking

  • Three days before delivery , the customer will receive a WhatsApp notification with the courier's tracking code so they can track the package.

6. Order confirmation via WhatsApp

  • All cash on delivery orders will be confirmed via WhatsApp before shipping.
  • By confirming the order, the customer agrees to receive the package on the delivery date.

7. Cancellation and non-receipt of the order

  • After order confirmation via WhatsApp, it is not possible to cancel the purchase . Our company incurs costs for both the product and shipping, and if the customer does not pay for the package, this will be considered a financial loss for the company.
  • If the customer confirms the order, requests shipping, and fails to pick up the product , they will be prosecuted for financial damages . This may include fines and compensation for damages caused to the company due to breach of agreement.

8. Penalties for not collecting the product

Fines and compensation : If the customer fails to collect/pay for the package after the purchase confirmation and shipping request, they will be held legally responsible for financial damages. The compensation amount could cover up to 20 times the cost of the product, shipping, as well as property damage and lost profits, depending on the circumstances.

Legal proceedings : Breach of a purchase and sale contract may result in legal action by the company, based on the Spanish Civil Code (Law 1/2000, of January 7, on Civil Procedure), and the company may require the customer to pay compensation for material damages and loss of profits caused by the breach of the agreement, in accordance with the provisions of articles 1101 and 1106 of the Spanish Civil Code.
