If you have chosen your product in our online store, but upon receipt you have found that there is a manufacturing defect, we guarantee your right to exchange or return it as established by the Consumer Protection Code within 7 days of receipt. Our team will instruct the customer on how to proceed with the exchange or return of the product. Once we receive the package, we will do an analysis to confirm that everything is in accordance with the return conditions of the item. After confirmation, our customer service team will contact you and in this case you can choose between: 1. Exchange for any product that is available in our stock. 2. Receive a refund of the amount spent on the products.
